Meet Harrigan, a goofy, lovable boy who’s just waiting for his person to love. He’s the kind of dog who wins you over fast with his happy grin, wagging tail, and sweet personality. Harrigan loves walks, toys, and especially hot dogs, but what he loves most is spending time with people. He’s gentle, attentive, and always ready to learn what makes you smile.

Harrigan thrives on connection and routine. He bonds deeply with his humans and enjoys quiet moments just as much as playtime. He’s friendly with easygoing dogs, especially calm female pups, and always brings warmth wherever he goes. With his joyful heart and loyal nature, Harrigan is ready to be someone’s best friend for life.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
