Gust is a total foster-care favorite and an all-around good boy. He’s dog, cat, and kid friendly, gentle with a soft mouth, and eager to please like it’s his full-time job. He greets everyone like they’re his long-lost best friend and lives for belly rubs, head massages, and any adventure that involves a leash and a little fresh air. Brewery patio? He’s ready. Backyard zoomies? Already there. Couch cuddles after a walk? His specialty.

He’s food-motivated and quick to learn—already rocking “sit,” “stay,” and “down” like a pro. He enjoys running around the yard, then happily lounging once he’s had his fun. Equal parts playful and affectionate, Gust is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and professional snuggler.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
