Ophena's blend of gentleness, curiosity, and playful charm makes her impossible not to love! Ophena is affectionate and cuddly without being clingy. She loves to explore, entertain herself with a chew, and keep tabs on what’s happening around her with quiet curiosity. At a brewery, she’s content to lounge by your side; on a walk, she’s easy on the leash and calm when passing other dogs. She rides well in the car once settled, though she may need a little boost in at first—she’s still learning the ropes, but she’s eager to please.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
