Meet Herbert! As you can see from the photos, he’s a distinguished older gentleman with soulful eyes and a handsome black-and-tan coat. This sweet senior shows his joy with the most adorable nub-tail wags when he spots a friend. The most important thing to know about Herbert is that he is ready to spend his golden years surrounded by love.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
