Meet Ace! As you can see from the photos, he has a soft, soulful face that makes you want to slow down and sit with him awhile. He’s a senior dog who loves gentle pets and quiet companionship. Ace has some neurological challenges that affect his balance, vision, and awareness, so he’ll need a patient, understanding home. He enjoys attention, responds to sound and touch, and happily wags his tail during cuddle time.

Golden Years Companion: Because senior pets deserve all the love in the world, this animal’s adoption fee is completely WAIVED! We never want an adoption fee to stand in the way of a senior dog enjoying their golden years surrounded by care and comfort.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
