Please complete this report if you have a complaint or concern regarding a stray dog or a dog running at large in the community. If you need to report animal cruelty/neglect/abandonment or file a bite report, please visit our Animal Services page.Note: We do not respond to noise complaints. Please contact the non-emergency phone line for your local police department for noise complaints.Forms are retrieved as they are received between 9am-6pm.
