Described by her foster as a big bundle of love in a tiny package, she adores exploring the world around her and never misses a chance to give sweet puppy kisses. With her shiny black coat and joyful spirit, Whoville is always ready to turn any moment into a feel good celebration.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!
