Free Hugs lives up to his name in the best way—this affectionate, exuberant guy is always ready to dish out some love (and yes, he will absolutely honor you with a hug). He’s wiggly, playful, and has a blast romping around with other dogs, bringing big happy energy wherever he goes. Equal parts sweetheart and goofball, he might steal your heart and your donut, but you simply won't care. With a little patience and some basic training, this hug dispenser has “best bud” written all over him.

All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!

To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email [email protected] to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home? Bring them along to ensure it’s a perfect match.
