This Black Friday, skip the shopping crowds and meet your match instead! Cincinnati Animal CARE is hosting our BIGGEST on-site adoption event of the year, with extended hours, reduced fees, and endless love waiting to be discovered.
About the Event
For just 99¢, you can bring home a new furry family member—dog or cat! All animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to start their new life with you. This special pricing applies to animals six months and older, making it the perfect time to meet the pets who’ve been waiting patiently for their forever homes.
We’ll have:
- Extended adoption hours (1PM–8PM) so you have extra time to meet your match
- On-site activities and giveaways to make your visit even more fun
- Knowledgeable volunteers and staff ready to help you find the perfect fit
- Same-day adoptions—meet, fall in love, and take home your new best friend all in one day!
Not ready to commit just yet? Try our Foster-to-Adopt program—take home a dog over six months of age for 48 hours to seven days to see if they’re the right fit for your home and lifestyle.

🐶 3949 Colerain Avenue (Northside)
Dogs Only — Meet adult dogs of all sizes, from big-hearted couch potatoes to playful companions ready for adventure.
🐶🐱 4210 Dane Avenue (Northside)
Cats and Dogs — Meet both adoptable cats and medium-to-large dogs looking for homes.

1:00 PM – 8:00 PM at BOTH locations
💸 Adoption Fees
- 99¢ adoption fees apply to animals six months and older
- A $19.75 dog license is required for all Hamilton County residents
- All adoptions include spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, and a lifetime of love
