Cincinnati Animal CARE has a full medical clinic onsite that help to keep our animals healthy, respond to emergencies, and provide the vital spay and neuter surgeries to prevent overpopulation in our community. Volunteers can be a part of this dynamic team and support our clinic during our High Volume Surgery Days to help keep everything running smoothly!
Medical Volunteer Opportunities
Admin & Daily Operations
All adoption fees at Cincinnati Animal Care include spay and neutering services. This means that we have a lot of animals in need of surgery! Volunteers can help by checking animals in and out for high-volume surgery days. You may also be asked to help with surgical paperwork, filling medication, and other needs like laundry and dishes.
Medical Transport
If you enjoy driving and wouldn’t mind taking a furry buddy with you every now and then, you may enjoy our volunteer transport opportunities with our medical team! Transport volunteers help to get animals where they need to go. For our clinic this usually involves transporting our cats to and from the clinic or to another clinic partner in the community.
