Cincinnati Animal CARE Welcomes Mollie Watson to Team
CINCINNATI, OH, Tuesday, April 28– Cincinnati Animal CARE, the Hamilton County animal shelter and sole provider of animal services for the county, is pleased to announce that Mollie Watson has joined the organization as the Associate Director of Strategic Growth.
Watson is a well-known local Q102 radio personality and long-time animal welfare advocate. For nearly a decade, she has supported Cincinnati Animal CARE and its leadership team, and she now joins the organization in an official capacity.
In her role, Watson will help amplify the voices of the animals in care, strengthen connections with the community, and highlight the lifesaving work taking place every day at Hamilton County’s only open-intake animal shelter.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mollie to the team,” said Carolyn Evans, President & CEO. “She brings a unique combination of deep community connection, storytelling expertise, and a longstanding passion for animal welfare that will help us expand awareness and engagement around our mission.”
Watson will continue her role on Q102, where she remains a familiar voice to listeners, while also contributing hands-on support to Cincinnati Animal CARE’s operations and outreach efforts.
“I’m excited to officially join a team I’ve supported and believed in for so many years,” said Watson. “Cincinnati Animal CARE does incredible lifesaving work every day, and I’m honored to help share those stories and support the animals and people behind them.”
Cincinnati Animal CARE is Hamilton County’s only open-intake animal shelter, serving thousands of animals each year through sheltering, medical care, enrichment, and adoption services.
