Kitten Season is almost here! 🐾 That means soon our shelter will be welcoming a wave of tiny, vulnerable kittens in need of loving foster homes. Whether you’re curious about kitten fostering, ready to dive in, or an experienced foster wanting to connect and learn more, this Open House is the perfect opportunity to see how you can make a lifesaving impact.
At this walkthrough-style event, you can:
- Meet our staff, volunteers, and experienced fosters.
- Explore the shelter and learn how neonatal and kitten fostering saves lives.
- Get answers to common questions:
- Is fostering free? Yes! All supplies are provided.
- What support will I receive? Once you sign up, you’ll be added to our foster email list and Facebook group, where our team shares urgent kitten needs and tips.
- How long will I need to foster? We’ll guide you based on the kittens’ needs and your availability.
Fostering kittens not only gives these tiny lives a safe start but also frees up critical space in our shelter for urgent cases, allowing us to rescue even more animals in need.
Come anytime between 6:00 – 7:15 PM, stay as briefly or as long as you like, and learn how you can be a lifesaver for kittens this season!
